Deliveries
How we deliver
Deliveries are made by haulier on a pallet basis. Because of the size and weight of a full pallet, delivery will arrive by large vehicle, typically an articulated lorry. We can arrange for delivery by a smaller rigid lorry if requested.
Before you order, please make sure:
Your delivery address is accessible by the vehicle size requested
There are adequate facilities on site to receive and offload a full pallet
Someone is available to receive the delivery and sign for it
If a delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues or nobody being available, any re-delivery costs will be charged to you.

Wales - no additional charges apply
Scotland - additional charges may apply depending on postcode, please contact us for confirmation.
Northern Ireland - additional charges will apply, please contact us for confirmation.
Ireland - additional charges will apply, please contact us for confirmation.
Delivery times
Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. If you have a specific delivery requirement — such as a particular day or time window — please contact us before placing your order. Special arrangements may be possible and will be quoted for accordingly.
How long will my order take?
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been received, we will provide an estimated delivery date. Delivery is normally 2-3 days but may be up to 5 days. As deliveries are sent through the carrier network lead times can vary, and we cannot accept liability for delays outside our control.
